We begin our work with you by conducting a comprehensive assessment of your current recruiting needs. This dialogue helps us not only to understand the technical needs of the position you are hiring but the business, culture and the values of the company. Our goal in delivering talents is not only in matching the right individual to the right job but also the right individual to the right company.
2. Extensive Job Marketing
We start marketing each unique open position by creating a comprehensive job description that not only stands out from the crowd, but also brands your company as a great place to work.
We then market your open positions to industry specific networks, our own network, and social media networks. We also use our internal employee referral program to spread the word.
3. Talent Sourcing and Engagement
We spend a considerable amount of time profiling the ideal talent for each open position. Once our profile is complete, we conduct targeted candidate outreach to find the best candidates for your open positions, even if they’re not actively seeking new employment.
4. Unparalleled Candidate Assessment
Screening and sorting through candidates can be one of the most tedious and difficult aspects of the recruiting process. That’s why we take care of all of that for you. We conduct thorough phone and in-person or video interviews with prospective candidates (depending on location) to determine interest, availability and fit with the experience requirements of the position.
5. Presentation to the client
We will only present to the client top candidates where we see a right match for the job opening. We will provide any additional information regarding experience, soft skills (personality etc.), reasons for looking for a new position, and recent salary history and expectations to help the client make his decision.
We will take care of scheduling all interviews with both client and candidates.
We follow up with client and candidate following each interview to gauge continuing interest, and any questions, concerns or potential issues.
We negotiation of offer package taking into account the client budget, candidate expectations, and market competitiveness of the offer.
6. Candidate Care
We take great care of your candidates; even if they do not fit the bill now, they may next time. From initial candidate engagement and application, through filling the position, candidates receive updates at every stage of the process, including a polite email if they aren’t accepted for further interviewing or the position has been filled.
We also take care of the candidate verification process, including reference & background checks. We go even one step further with processing their security clearances to allow them to work in organisation where candidates need work with classified information.
