As the global effect of coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, Sapienza is firmly committed to supporting our customers throughout the course of this pandemic and to provide continuity of service at all times as far as possible. We realize that in this time of crisis, it is critical that we make it possible to continue to provide operation support and help respond to the unique demands that are facing us all.

The management team of Sapienza is meeting continuously to assess and appropriately respond to the crisis as it evolves, to adjust our operations to maintain continuity and to support the safety and health of those impacted. In addition, Sapienza is operating in accordance with guidance from local governments and public health authorities across Europe.

We are committed to the health and well-being of our staff, clients and community. With this in mind, we have made the decision to have staff work remotely. We have set-up and tested remote working facilities so the impact on service will be minimal. As part of this, we have extensive online collaboration capabilities for our staff to communicate with each other and with you and our suppliers. We are working tirelessly to help everyone stay safe while at the same time continuing to serve our customers.
