Following the annual audit conducted by the British Standard Institute (BSI) at Sapienza premises in Bramley, the BSI announced that Sapienza had successfully transitioned from the old 2008 standard to the new ISO9001:2015 standard.
The BSI congratulated Sapienza and stated that the organisation had performed the transition effectively including the establishment of a defined business risk management process.
Sapienza Managing Director, Mike Bearman, said:
I’d like to thank the Sapienza audit team for their hard work in implementing the new standard and ensuring a smooth transition. For Sapienza the transition made perfect sense and fitted seamlessly with the way the management team view a quality management system driven by the assessment of business risks rather than purely process improvements.
