Customer Needs

RAL works alongside the UK Space Agency (UKSA) who co-ordinate UK civil space activities. RAL Space carries out an exciting range of world-class space research and technology development. They have significant involvement in over 210 space missions and are at the forefront of UK Space Research.

RAL Space was looking for an integrated tool to manage documentation, record their project Non-Conformances and subsequent tracking of related actions. ECLIPSE was to be applied not only for the testing of satellites and equipment’s for the customers but also related to the build of their new cutting edge test facilities.
