Vacancy In-house Recruiter – NCI Agency




Sapienza is looking to recruit an in-house recruiter to work with NATO Communications and Information Agency. Travel between NCI Agency sites in Mons (BE) and The Hague (NL) will be required.

Responsibilities of the In-house Recruiter

  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment process for assigned campaigns. From candidate attraction, through selection to on boarding
  • Providing guidance to the organisation of effective interviewing, drafting of questions and assessments
  • Leading interviewing and selection events
  • Provide assistance throughout the performance management cycle
  • Provide input to improvement of processes and procedures within area of responsibility
  • Maintain relevant portals and systems
  • Advise on and follow relevant Agency and NATO regulation

Profile of the In-house Recruiter

  • Experience in in-house recruitment delivery and preferably broader experience in the Talent Management area
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound experience with Microsoft Office applications and other HR management systems, particularly recruitment management systems, ideally Taleo
  • Experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements

  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU & be in possession of a NATO Secret security clearance
