Sapienza Action Tracking tool brings tracking, visibility and control to business processes, usually managed in email, spreadsheets and documents.

The Action Item Management (AIM) is an email-based, web-enabled application that allows users to set up an action and assign it to a fellow employee or people in partner organisations.

Use of a web interface to enter information and email for distribution makes the application platform independent, since there is no requirement on shared common mail client, and creates a centralised repository of actions that all participants can access.
